Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start a git cl upload from shell (I use Git Bash)
2. Proceed until the changelog editor opens
3. Press CTRL-C in shell to stop upload
What is the expected behavior?
The upload should not be completed when the editor is closed
What went wrong?
The shell did return to the command line prompt, however:
1) The editor was not killed
2) Once the editor was closed manually, the upload continued to be processed and completed successfully
Did this work before? N/A

Note regarding Git Bash: Python is started with buffered standard out, so "export PYTHONUNBUFFERED=1" need to be run first. Otherwise, dialog lines from the script will not be displayed.
