What is the expected behavior?
NOT ABLE TO CHANGE SAVED USER'S NAME 

What went wrong?
NOT ABLE TO CHANGE SAVED USER'S NAME 
I had a saved user's name for an old checking acc w Chase bank website.
I opened another bank account w Chase.
Logged in w the new acc info, Google asked if 2save the new user's name n I sd yes.
Then, trying 2log in w the old account but, the new acc User's name CAN NOT be CHANGED !!! 
There4, I CAN NOT log in to my OLD acc.
I googled the issue and was shocked to find that it's widely spread.
PLZ PLZ PLZ, resolve this issue that sooo many r having !
It's frustrating.
