ANGLE try server console needs to be updated with Luci migration

Try clicking on the try server link for linux_angle_rel_ng, and you will get the old master link:

https://ci.chromium.org/buildbot/tryserver.chromium.angle/linux_angle_rel_ng/

I believe this should be updated to 

https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.try/linux_angle_rel_ng

Same for several other configurations.

This can easily be done by updating the tryserver.chromium.angle console here:

https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/infra/config/global/luci-milo.cfg?q=luci-milo.cfg&sq=package:chromium&dr=C&l=4151

with machine names coming from the new angle.try console:

https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/infra/config/global/luci-milo.cfg?q=luci-milo.cfg&sq=package:chromium&dr=C&l=4688

We need to remember to do the same for Win bots once they are migrated, maybe keep this open till then?

I'll remember about it when I remove the side-by-side GPU FYI thing for Windows.
