This started failing on 2018-03-30 2:20 PM (PDT) and has been purple since then.

All the shards for webkit tests fail with "expired, not enough capacity"

Probably related to crbug/818381#c34, looking into it.

Looks like some fonts were changed in RS2, causing some changes in rendering (a few emojis look different and the ideographic full stop seems to have different kerning [I'm guessing] plus one additional issue AFAICS.) Probably just needs new baselines, but I don't have any good way to verify the font data changes. I can prepare new baselines though.

Disable browser_tests on the mac.

Something in one of the browser_tests suites seems to be killing
machines across all Mac versions. This CL disables browser_tests,
viz_browser_tests, and surface_sync_browser_tests across all Mac
versions until we can better figure out which tests are safe and
which aren't.

Ideally we'd split some of the bots into a different pool and
just run the browser_tests in that pool so that they don't take
out the rest of the fleet, and I'll work on that next.
