According to the graph, the memory usage decreased by a753229e09af2b9f03a031e3d95994b3fd5f283f which introduced the  issue 822258 .
I think this is because the viewport became narrow because of the infobar ( http://crbug.com/822258#c13 ).

The cl 5555f7d5e3b1efeffc735ac2dbbfe286faaf0b58 fixed the  issue 822258 .
And the viewport became wider because the infobar disappeared.
So the memory usage increased same amount.
