There seems to be an exact same amount of drop in graphs, but unclear what is the cause.
There are media controls CLs like:

But, I am not sure if this fixes the regression or these are unrelated improvements and the regression caused by my cl still exists. Also I was expecting my cl to improve cpu time. Can you help with what the metric is measuring?

None of those media controls CLs should have had a negative performance impact.

Doesn't pinpoint apply the CLs and run tests before and after to see which CL has the performance differences. Maybe someone from the performance team can help here with the tools?
