Not clear why can't make payment on desktop

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have some incomplete addresses or cards.
2. Open https://rsolomakhin.github.io/pr/us/.
3. Click "Buy" on page.

What is the expected result?
Main sheet should indicate why payment is not possible.

What happens instead of that?
Main sheet has a preview of the incomplete data and says "Choose". This make it not clear why that's the case.

If a user has only one address, the phrasing "Choose" is confusing.

Ability to leave the address selection sheet without selecting an address is confusing.

The error text "More information required" does not grab enough attention to cause user to click on this text. Maybe because it's blue? Maybe because there is no button to "Fix address"?
