Google Usage ID and Back arrow headers are displayed twice in Google app settings screen.

Issue description

App Version:  67.0.3387.0 Canary
iOS Version: 10.3.5, 11.2.6 
Device : iPad,iPhone

Pre-Condition :
1- Enable #mailto-handling-google-ui from chrome://flags

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome 
2. Tap on Menu > Settings > Content settings.
3. Tap on Google app settings.
4. Tap on Google usage ID

Observed results:
Google Usage ID and Back arrow headers are displayed twice 

Note : Arrow is displayed in Blue color

Expected results:
Google Usage ID and Back arrow headers should be displayed once

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Dolphin/Safari/Firefox: Safari : NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): NA new UI in M67
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): NA new UI in M67

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
This is fixed now.  As a result, they are now light-on-dark colored until GrowthKit version 60 is released.
Status: Verified (was: Fixed)
Verified the issue on the build 68.0.3398.0 Canary tested on the device iPhone7+(iOS 11).
Google Usage ID and Back arrow headers are displayed once,works fine.
