Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. CREATE a page
2. CREATE css @media only screen and (min-width: 320px)
3. CREATE css @media only screen and (min-width: 480px)
4. CREATE css @media only screen and (min-width: 768px)
5. CREATE css @media only screen and (min-width: 991px)
6. CREATE css @media only screen and (min-width: 1200px)
7. Go to page
8. Open up developer tool
9. Toggle device toolbar on
10. resize width

What is the expected behavior?
it should be triggering on each break point

What went wrong?
when i have 5 break points, it triggers the 3rd,4th,5th
TC1 i comment out the 5th it triggers 3rd, 4th
TC2 i comment out the 4th, 5th it triggers 3rd
TC3 i comment out the 3rd, 4th, 5th it triggers the 2nd
TC4 i comment out the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th it triggers the 1st
TC5 i comment out the 1st, it triggers 3rd, 4th, 5th
TC6 i comment out the 1st, 2nd it triggers 3rd, 4th, 5th
TC7 i comment out the 1st, 2nd, 3rd it triggers 4th, 5th,
TC8 i comment out the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th it triggers 5th

When I comment out the smaller sizes first it kind of works so long as it's the last 3
When I comment out the bigger sizes first it does weird stuff
