What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download moonlight-chrome.crx from: https://github.com/moonlight-stream/moonlight-chrome/releases
2. Get the prompt

What is the expected result?

Asks yes/no

What happens instead of that?

There is only discard button, "Open when done" in three dots menu is greyed out, and does nothing in the end even though it seems checked.
