Search all files disappeared

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3386.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open devtools
2. Open "Search all files" lower tab

What is the expected behavior?
Devtools should show the "search all files" tab

What went wrong?
It's not there.

Did this work before? Yes 67.0.3377.1

Chrome version: 67.0.3386.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0

It's not a bug. The tab has changed place.
Now it can be found near the "File system" and "Snippets"

On the plus side, we can still invoke it via Ctrl-Shift-F hotkey. But the new placement is problematic in case a long string is used for searching because the sub-panel is very narrow so all found lines will look exactly the same. Resizing the sub-panel manually is inconvenient because it'll subtract from the main content screen estate while the other sub-panels don't need the extra width. The old placement didn't have this problem. A possible solution would be to add a button to promote the search results into a separate top panel.

Yes it can be closed. It's not a bug after all.
But it's a bad change and should be undone since it's bad for developers.
Also, this kind of change should be reported in the "What's new" tab, 
in order to avoid this kind of miss report.
