Can't see more than two or 3 recent remote tabs

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Tap recent tabs
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Only two or three recent Tabs are shown for each logged in computer of ours.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3384.0  Channel: canary

Tested the issue using #67.0.3384.0 on Samsung J7; 7.0.0 and could not reproduce the issue as per the steps mentioned below.

Steps:
1. Launched Browser
2. Tapped on recent tabs
3. Able to seen all tabs

@Reporter: Could you please help us with OS and details of your device for further triaging?
