Should be fixed by revert of https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/10240 upstream; revert landed in Chrome as: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/8eda42889581706bf2d49d6b5426ac186519661f

Sorry, somewhat bogus comment on my part - *this* issue was triggered by the revert, not the original change.

That said, the revert updates the 3 expectations files from "can't parse the IDL" failure to actual interface expectations, so this is WAI.
