Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Set chrome to block third-party cookies 2. Go to https://oxygennotincluded.gamepedia.com/ 3. Click on the "blocked cookies" icon at the right of the URL bar. What is the expected behavior? Either the height of the "Cookies blocked" panel increases or a scrollbar is added. What went wrong? Neither of those things happen, meaning that since the site URL is long, the word "cookies" at the end of "to set cookies" wraps to the next line, pushing the "Set cookies and other site data" link below the line of visibility. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 Channel: stable OS Version: Fedora 27 Flash Version: Attached is a screenshot of the problem.

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 65.0.3325.181 using Ubuntu 14.04. But issue is not seen on latest beta 66.0.3359.66 and latest dev 67.0.3387.0 using steps given in comment#0. Hence untriaging the bug and will provide bisect info later.

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 65.0.3325.181 using Ubuntu 14.04. But issue is not seen on latest beta 66.0.3359.66 and latest dev 67.0.3387.0 using steps given in comment#0. Issue is not seen in Windows and Mac. Hence providing reverse bisect info. Last Bad Build: 65.0.3325.181 First Good Build: 66.0.3326.0 We don't have any stable refresh of M-65, and stable is moving to M-66 tentatively in two to three weeks. NOTE: Issue is fixed on latest beta 66.0.3359.66. Hence removing Needs-Bisect label. @Reporter: Please check the issue on latest beta. You can download beta build from https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel. Thanks!
