nassh: final menu (reconnect/etc...) doesn't always show up

Issue description
Chrome Version : 65.0.3325.181 (Build ufficiale) (a 64 bit)

Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox:
Edge:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open SSH Client
(2) Succesfully connect to a SSH Server
(3) Press CTRL+D to send the EOF to the server (and terminate the connection)
(4) Press the letter to choose another connection from your list
(5) Open a connection to a server (I tried with the same)
(6) Close the connection with CTRL+D
(7) The menu where you can choose whether exit, reconnect and choose another connection will NOT appear and you just blocked!
What is the expected result?
The show of the menu
What happens instead?
It will not

while i've seen the situation where the final menu doesn't come up before, i haven't debugged it to see why, and unfortunately your reproduction doesn't work for me (i continue to get the reconnect/choose/exit options). when you don't see that list, do you see the line "NaCl plugin exited ..." ? really i think that's the issue in that the compiled openssh code doesn't properly shutdown so the JS side continues to wait for it forever.
