Could we find an owner to follow up and fix this?

Revert is a critical part in Findit, and we'd better not have flaky tests like this there.

I'll take this since i just touched this code. Can't reproduce this exactly, but I did make one change in a follow up change that is probably the source of some errors. 

I don't think this has made it to deployment, though.
