Currently our Animation.idl specifies timeline as readonly. This is not correct by the spec; the timeline can be replaced.

This should hopefully not be too difficult, unless it turns out we cache information from the timeline. We will continue to tick every animation off the main DocumentTimeline, but that's ok for now since the only supported type of timeline is DocumentTimeline (and they all tick at the same rate even if the currentTime might be different).
