The …fromChain: methods should be looked at

I noticed that the functions named …trustFromChain and …certFrom chain are no longer used in non test code after this change except in one error case for the CreateServerTrust one. I didn't want to start touching this as I don't know anything about it: is there a cleanup of those possible now?

CreateCertFromChain is still used in production code. CreateTrustFromChain is now test only, but moving it to test only file is not very high priority.
