Chrome OS S2S doesn't read text in edit text field of an Android app

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open any Android app which has an edit text field
(2) Type some text in the field
(3) Try to read it with Chrome OS S2S

What is the expected result?
S2S reads it.

What happens instead?
S2S doesn't read it.

dtseng@: I remember that you mentioned that this is caused because we simply set text as value of a node. Do you think adding a text value node under text field node is a good idea? We can fix S2S to check value of node. But I think it's better to align with how Chrome Automation API works on the web.

Select-to-Speak should read all textfield values if no name is present.

This fixes reading EditText contents in ARC++, as ARC++ EditTexts always
seem to have a value but no name.
