There's no setting to choose sound output

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plug chromebook to TV using HDMI
2. Try to choose sound output device

What is the expected result?
Able to quickly choose device for audio to come out of

What happens instead of that?
Sound comes out of chromebook with no option to change speaker

Thanks for the feedback! This should be possible through the system menu. Click on the clock / surrounding icons in the shelf, then you should see an arrow in the audio row. Clicking that should let you switch the output. If you do not see that, please share your version info from chrome://version.
