Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3359.70 OS Version: Ubuntu 14.04 Go to this website. (The error is the website.) https://storage.googleapis.com/ Mark any word, by double-clicking or otherwise. Right-click on the word. Copy cannot be selected. (It works fine with Ctrl+C.)

Thanks for filing the issue! Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 66.0.3359.70 and on the latest canary 67.0.3387.0 using Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.13.1. As the issue is seen from M60(60.0.3072.0) considering it as Non-regression and marking it as Untriaged. Tentatively adding components "Blink>XML" and "Blink>DataTransfer", Please change if this isn't apt.

This is the parser error message that does not have the Copy context menu entry active. Definitely seems like a UI problem. Maybe someone could tell us where the code for controlling that menu resides.
