SecureAuth saved Username and Password, username is blank

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Saved Username/Passwords for SecureAuth Sites
2. Close browser, and login to the site. username is missing, but password is populated.
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Username and password is saved, so users don't have to manually enter credentials.

What went wrong?
Was fine in earlier releases of chrome.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes Maybe 64?

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Blank username, but password is saved for SecureAuth Logins

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version 65.0.3325.181 using windows 10 with steps mentioned below:
1) Launch chrome reported version and navigated to URL: amazon.in
2) Logged-in into the site with valid credentials and saved the Username and Password 
3) closed the browser and relaunched the chrome and tried to login in to amazon.in, able to see username and password populated in their respective fields.

@Reporter: Please find the attached screen cast for your reference and try to test this issue by creating new person with no apps and extensions in it and let us know if the issue still persists.
