Assign a separate SinkIconType to Google Home

In the Harmony Cast dialog, we'll want to give Google Home devices their own icons. So the Cast MRP will need to give them a separate SinkIconType.

Will we also give other audio-only devices (e.g. Chromecast Audio, 3rd-party speakers) a distinct icon?

Audio-only devices will have their own icon, but we won't make a distinction between Chromecast Audio and third-party audio devices.  Issue 826393  has a list of icons we'll use.
