Add heading navigation to the extensions page

This helps screen reader users navigate the page more easily.
The Web Accessibility standard dictates that headings should nest properly, i.e. no h2 below an h3 for example. Also, heading levels should not be skipped, i.e. no h3 after h1. Given this, h2 is most appropriate for marking the name of each individual extension.

Added headings to the extensions page

Helps screen reader users navigate extensions page easily by jumping from heading to heading.
As a result of direct feedback from a screen reader user.
