Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome in multitasking mode.
2. Goto https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill
3. Tap on Name in Profile Autofill 
4. Tap on Autofill suggestions above keyboard
5. Relaunch chrome in Normal mode.

Observed results:
Autofill suggestions popup is not aligned properly

Expected results:
Autofill suggestions popup should be aligned on properly both in Normal and Multitasking mode.
