printing hidden iframe gives blank page

Reported by tisd...@gmail.com, Mar 29 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. click "print" in the provided test case (in 65.0.3325.181)

What is the expected behavior?
print preview should say "Hello World!"

What went wrong?
It shows a blank page except for the header and footer.

It appears that the "display:none" is causing all content within the iframe to no longer display. The test case uses a `@media` qualifier, but the same thing happens if it's just applied directly to the iframe as an inline style.

Did this work before? Yes not sure... probably release immediately before 65.0.3325.181, probably worked in 64.0.3282

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 Channel: stable
OS Version: 4.4.0
Flash Version:

A workaround is to change the height and width to 0 and style it with "visibility:hidden" instead.

"Did this work before? Yes not sure... probably release immediately before 65.0.3325.181, probably worked in 64.0.3282"

That should read:
Did this work before? Yes
Last version it worked: not sure... probably release immediately before 65.0.3325.181, probably worked in 64.0.3282

Able to reproduce the issue on reported version 65.0.3325.181 and the same is not seen on latest canary 67.0.3383.0 & beta 66.0.3359.66 using Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 & Mac 10.12.6, as the break is in branch builds hence providing change log from omahaproxy

Reverse Bisect Info:
================
Last Bad build: 66.0.3359.49
First Good build: 66.0.3359.52

@erikchen: Please confirm the issue and help in re-assigning if it is not related to your change, please help in merging it to M-65 if applicable
Adding ReleaseBlock-Stable as it seems recent break, feel free to remove it if not applicable.

Thanks!
