Issue descriptionChrome Version: 67.0.3383.0 (Official Build)Revision b6c093c42e2a0eb8c2d8c9dc76171b59dc65568d-refs/heads/master@{#546671} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS), Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch Chrome, open DevTools and dock it to bottom. 2. Resize the DevTools towards downward and hover the mouse pointer on three dot icon under Style section. 3. Click on Add text-shadow icon to open the text -box window. 4. Now try to drag the Blur slider on slider bar and observe. Actual: Blur slider overlaps with offset square box and unable to drag the Blur slider on slider bar. Expected: Blur slider should not overlap with offset square box and should be able to drag the Blur slider on slider bar. This is a regression issue, seen from M-61 series, below is manual regression range. Good build: 61.0.3161.0 (Revision: 487695) Bad build: 61.0.3162.0 (Revision: 488073) Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results: You are probably looking for a change made after 487774 (known good), but no later than 487775 (first known bad). CHANGELOG URL: The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure. https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/ad0ccd37620cfc7e6cd1030ae323a6df051c1e7c..3fb3c93697045d0406c201713eeb6da8be594860 Suspecting: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/3fb3c93697045d0406c201713eeb6da8be594860 @luoe: Could you please look into the issue, pardon me if it has nothing to do with your changes and if possible please assign it to concern owner. NOTE: This issue is also reproducible on M-65 Stable (build # 65.0.3325.181), M-66 Beta (build # 66.0.3359.66) and M-67 Dev (build # 67.0.3381.1) Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference.
