Tested on latest Chrome #65.0.3325.109 on Pixel XL Android 8.1.0 Build/OPM1.171019.021 and not able to reproduce the issue by following the steps below: 1. Launch Chrome. 2. Navigate to www.baidu.com 3. Tap on Chrome Settings >> Add to Home screen option. 4. Tap on "ADD" option on the popup "Add to Home Screen". 5. Tap on the Baidu logo and drag the logo towards device Home Screen. 6. Observed that logo is added on the device home screen. Could you please update your Chrome to latest version and let us know your observations. If the issue is still observed request you to share the device details including OS details. Thanks!

Tested on latest Chrome #65.0.3325.109 on Pixel 2 XL Android 8.1.0 Build/OPM1.171019.021 and not able to reproduce the issue by following the steps below: Preconditions Set: > Set the device language to Chinese or default language. > Enabled the flag #enable-chrome-home, as omnibox is seen on the bottom in the provided screen cast in C#6. Steps Followed: 1. Launch Chrome. 2. Navigate to www.baidu.com 3. Tap on Chrome Settings >> Add to Home screen option. 4. Tap on "ADD" option on the popup "Add to Home Screen". 5. Tap on the Baidu logo and drag the logo towards device Home Screen. 6. Observed that logo is added on the device home screen. Requesting dev team to look into this issue as the reported device M809H is not available in MTV and our inventory Note: 1. Logs are attached in C#3 by reporter. 2. Disabling the flag #enable-chrome-home also didn't reproduce the issue. Thanks!
