OS:  Win(7,8,8.1,10) ,Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.4) and Linux(14.04 LTS).

Precondition: Create folder and save any video file in folder.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome and open devtools on NTP.
2.Go to Sources section in devtools ,select File System tab and add folder by clicking on '+ Add folder to workspace'.
3.In folder,Right click on file and select 'copy link address'.
4.Now in omnibox right click, select 'paste and go' option on NTP and observe.

Actual: Unwanted glimpse of URL is seen after pasting copied link address  in omnibox  
Expected: Such glimpse of URL should not be seen after pasting copied link address in omnibox

This is Regression issue broken in 'M-67’ and Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Good Build:67.0.3364.0(Revision: 541280)
Bad Build: 67.0.3365.0(Revision: 541679) 

You are probably looking for a change made after 531688 (known good), but no later than 531689 (first known bad).
