Modern Media Controls: Center media element position in MediaDocument

The media document page should center media element when modern media controls are enabled. This is the case with legacy media controls.

Fix media element position on MediaDocument with modern media controls

This CL centers the media element with modern media controls. It is
working fine with legacy media controls.
