Truncation for last candidate line in A11y floating layout

Platform 10525.0.0（official build) dev-channel clapper
Firmware Google_clapper 5216.199.7

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to A11y floating any Chinese keyboard
2.Tap any key makes more candidate view displayed
3.Check its UI

Actual result: 
Truncation in last line ,see attached file

Note:
Only repro in A11ylayout, not repro in input view layout
