CWS install install gets stuck intermittently

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start a Chrome Web Store inline install on one tab 2. Restart the Chrome Web Store inline install on another tab 3. You will see the error from the screenshot What is the expected behavior? The install from original tab should time out and allow to install extension again on new tabs What went wrong? The original install is stuck in one tab and there is no way of installing again until that tab is closed We had reported this previously via https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=765847 This behavior tends to be more reproducible during slow network connections and/or slow machines (ex: chromebook) Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Reporter@ Thanks for the issue. As inline installation of Extensions cannot be done at TE end, adding 'TE-NeedsTriageFromHYD' label and requesting someone from Inhouse team to look into this issue and help in further triaging. Thanks..
