Android History lacks "Tabs from other devices"

Steps to reproduce the problem:
In Desktop, History shows "Tabs from other devices".
In Android, that is missing.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Please make it the same as Desktop.

Android does have this feature, it's just not part of the history UI. Instead, click on the three-dot menu in the top right and choose "Recent tabs".

I agree it's confusing that this is organized so differently between desktop and Android. Adding some Android UI folks who might know why that is the case.
