[MacViews-Browser] After attaching a tab into another window, the window hover effect doesn't work |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: Canary 67.0.3382.0 OS: macOS 10.12.6 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Enable chrome://flags/#views-browser-windows (2) Open two windows. (3) Attach one of the window to the the other one. (4) Hover over the window's toolbar. What is the expected result? All hover effects should work. What happens instead? All hover effects like close hover buttons, tab hover shadow, etc. doesn't work. A screencast is attached.

This is not repro on the latest Canary (69.0.3495.0). Hover effects seem to continue working in the tabstrip and toolbar after reattaching a tab. Feel free to reopen if this repro attempt missed something. |
