The bulk of the NTP refresh work is done, although there are some known UX issues that need direction from UX:
Better handling of large fonts: crbug.com/834671 (umbrella bug)
Landscape omnibox scroll animation mismatch: crbug.com/828887

Aside from these issues, can you please do a pass of the NTP on iPhone SE/Normal/Large/X + iPad and identify any areas that are either not to spec or could use more polish?

It is in a pretty good state (we covered most things in our mini convergence and lastly via  issue 854093 ). The last thing I can think of are the MV collection icons, which will be closed by  issue 857433 .
