Prerequisite: 
Have a QR code for a long URL (eg: https://www.google.co.in/search?q=qr+scanner&source=lnms&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiL6YqU2IzaAhWFF5QKHR9kBa0Q_AUICSgA&biw=1887&bih=971&dpr=1)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome 
2. Tap on omnibox and select QR scanner icon in keyboard
3. Scan the qr barcode (represent longest URL)

Observed results:
Notice URL displayed in omnibox but the clear text button doesn’t show up in omnibox

Note: On scanning short url the clear text button is visible

Expected results:
Clear text button should be displayed in omnibox even when the longest URL is scanned.
