Table in contenteditable doesn't display korean letter corectly

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://codepen.io/anon/pen/Wzdawq Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create table inside contenteditable. You can test here: https://codepen.io/anon/pen/Wzdawq 2. Change keyboard layout to `2-set Korean` 3. Start typing with Korean keyboard letters: `ㅎ` `ㅏ` `ㄴ` (g, k, s - on US layout) it should generate sign `한` 4. Focus second cell in first row and type it again. What is the expected behavior? Sign `한` should be typed in again. What went wrong? There are 3 signs `ㅎ ㅏ ㄴ` in cell. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 65.0.3325.181 and latest canary 67.0.3382.0 using Mac , Windows and Ubuntu. This issue seems to be duplicate of issue 826615 . Hence merging into it. Please feel free to change if not same. Thanks!

Interestingly Firebox and iTerm have same issue. But Safari doesn't. |
