lge-systemwebview@ -- Thanks for reporting this issue. Tested on reported Chrome #65.0.3325.109 using LG-H860 (LG G5) Android 6.0.1 and Pixel Android 8.1 and was not able to reproduce the issue by following the below steps: 1. Launch Chrome. 2. Navigate to mail.google.com 3. Tap on "Compose" button. 4. Type an invalid word, eg.: Typgyhy 5. Observed that a straight line is displayed. Note: Tried on "Desktop Site" mode as well. Could you please confirm whether the issue is seen specific to the device and OS or did we miss any steps. Attached screenshot for reference. Thanks!

As comment 1 says, this is a new feature in chrome with a default value that is not the same as the previous behaviour. Sites can configure this in their CSS if they wish. This is working as intended. |
