Unfortunately, this is not how we use Chrome when we hit into this issue. Before I explain the details, let me just say that we do about 2000 tests (per day) using Chrome and this issue arises about 2 times per day, so this is quite rare and difficult to reproduce, yet it’s a bug. Getting back to the details. We use Chrome to make websites tests. We launch it with a number of parameters and an extension. To make sure that one test run won’t affect any other test run, we close Chrome after each test and re-launch it to do another test. Furthermore, each test execution has it’s own user-data-dir and disk-cache-dir which are cleared after the test is finished. We open non-existing file upon chrome launch (/dev/null) just to pass a list of parameters to the extension. The Chrome version you already know from the dump. Having described the way we use Chrome, how can we help tracking down the issue? Perhaps we can enable some additional debug flag or pass some debugging extension?

Seems it is out of scope from TE end & its difficult reproduce (as per C#7), adding TE-NeedsTraige-help label to move this out of our triaging bucket. Could someone from dev team please take a look into this issue. Thanks..!
