Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3359.66 (Official Build) Revision 39153890c35e9e94c7acdb48d4158630ab185c99-refs/branch-heads/3359@{#475} (32/64 Bit). OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.4) and Linux(14.04 LTS). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, open Dev-tools on NTP. 2. Go to Layers section from 'Customize and control Dev-tools > More tools'. 3. Observe. Actual Result: Blank frame is seen under Layer tab. Expected Result: Frame should display the respective web-page. This is a regression issue, broken in M-67 series, Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good Build:66.0.3344.0(Revision:535593) Bad Build:66.0.3345.0(Revision:536026) You are probably looking for a change made after 535635 (known good), but no later than 535637 (first known bad).
