Unable to reproduce this issue on 67.0.3381.1 on Windows 10 with below steps. 1. Navigated to https://vsynctester.com and observed 60Hz. 2. Enabled #enable-viz-display-compositor from chrome://flags 3. Now again opened https://vsynctester.com and observed 60Hz only. @Reporter: Please check the steps and let us know if we miss anything. Any further information on reproducing this issue would help in debugging of the issue from TE end. Thanks!

@3: You reproduced the wrong thing. This issue is about 144 Hz monitors, which your monitor has to support. When I navigate to https://vsynctester.com I have around 144 fps and Hz. When I #enable-viz-display-compositor from chrome://flags and then restart the browser, I get 60 Hz only on https://vsynctester.com.

It seems that it is not possible to reproduce the issue using 60Hz monitor, Adding label TE-Hardware-Dependency as we do not have 144Hz monitor and requesting someone from "Internals>Services>Viz" team to have a look a into it and help in further triaging the issue. Thanks!
