Issue description
Chrome version: 67.0.3382.0 (Official Build) Revision148f8c6decc123bb840a37b013caa8eed27759fd-refs/heads/master@{#546346}(32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,navigate to NTP and open devtools
2. Now press 'Esc' key to open console drawer and click on 'More tools' iron icon and select any option from it.
3. Now try to drag console drawer by placing mouse pointer over tab name(Ex. changes tab) and observe
Actual: Unable to drag console drawer upwards/downwards after placing mouse pointer over tab name
Expected: Should be able to drag console drawer upwards/downwards after placing mouse pointer over tab name
This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 67’ and below is the bisect info :
Good build: 67.0.3371.0 (Revision: 543279).
Bad build: 67.0.3372.0 (Revision: 543592).
You are probably looking for a change made after 543546 (known good), but no later than 543547 (first known bad).

This is now working as intended. Dragging tab only reorders tabs. |
