As we are unable to reproduce the issue from our end on reported 65.0.3325.181 and on the latest stable 67.0.3396.87 using Windows 7 and Windows 10, hence adding label "TE-NeedsTriageHelp" and requesting someone from Dev Team to have a look into this and help in further triaging it.
Note: Tentatively adding component "UI>Browser>Sessions" please change if this isn't apt.

Thanks!
