"WebRtcMediaStreamTrackAdapterMapStressTest.StressTest" is flaky.

(FWIW, Fushsia is supported by chromium-try-flakes, but is NOT supported by FlakeAnalyzer because its test runner/wrapper speaks differently from C++ test launcher.)
