Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have multiple tabs open. 2. Close Chrome. 3. Reopen Chrome. 4. All Tabs that were open when Chrome was closed now reopen. What is the expected behavior? All tabs should close on program closing. What went wrong? I've verified I don't have the "Resume where I left off box checked." I've reinstalled Chrome and cleared Cache & Cookies. Interestingly enough, it does it across multiple computers that I'm logged into. Did this work before? Yes Unsure Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce the issue issue on chrome reported version 64.0.3282.186 using Windows-10 with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome reported version and opened multiple tabs 2) Closed the chrome using "X" button and reopened the chrome, only single tab got opened Observations: Also tested the issue by opening multiple tabs and clicked on "Exit" from three dot menu and reopened chrome, seen only single tab on relaunching. @Reporter: Please find the attached screen cast for your reference and let us know if we missed anything in reproducing the issue. I figured out a solution to the issue, it's with the "sync settings." When Open Tabs is synced, it won't clear them when you exit chrome. Screenshot below. [image: image.png]
