[LayoutNG] The bullet of marker in layoutNG is smaller than legacy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Compare the layout test case fast/lists/markers-in-selection.html with layoutNG enable and disable.
(2) The bullet is smaller than before.

Not sue whether we should revert back to the image based approach or keep the font one. If we keep using a font here we might want to adjust the size a bit.

I think we should fix this for shipping. It is distracting seeing small bullets in NG.

Thank you for raising this and feedback. I was feeling the new one looks reasonable, but if 3 think it's too small, I'm good to find how to make this larger.

Looked at some fonts but there don't seem to be good fonts...maybe Tahoma, but slightly vary by platforms, especially on Android. Image-based approach maybe easier to maintain.
