Problem with files in chrome://webrtc-logs whose file got removed |

Issue descriptionDeleteOldAndRecentWebRtcLogFiles maintains both log files on disk, as well as an index of those logs. If a log file is deleted from disk by the user, an error, or anything, the corresponding entry would never be removed from the index file.
