TimeToScrollUpdateSwapBegin2 is not record on gmail on mobile

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chromium, open gmail page, start scrolling by touch
(2) open chrome://histograms, search for SwapBegin, we are expected to see Event.Latency.ScrollBegin.Touch.TimeToScrollUpdateSwapBegin2
(3)

What is the expected result?
There should be some numbers for Event.Latency.ScrollBegin.Touch.TimeToScrollUpdateSwapBegin2

What happens instead?
It is not there. GestureScrollingThreadStatus shows that it hits SCROLLING_ON_COMPOSITOR_BLOCKED_ON_MAIN.

I could not reproduce the bug on 69.0.3445.2 canary.
xidachen@ could you please confirm if the bug is still reproducible or not?

Yes, I confirmed that this is fixed on android canary channel. Feel free to close it.
