What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome, click on the full screen icon of the browser.
(2) Navigate to 'www.dailymotion.com' ,play any video and click on full screen button of the video player.
(3) Press Esc button to exit the full screen mode of the video player and observe.

Actual: The video appears misplaced on the page and overlaps on the page content.
Expected: The video should not appear misplaced.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-60 build #60.0.3104.0.
  
NOTE: 
1. Issue is also seen on Stable(build #65.0.3325.181), Beta(build #66.0.3359.45) , Dev(build #67.0.3377.1)
2. Issue is not seen on Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS)
3. Issue is not seen on Mozilla Firefox
