Regression:Print preview overlay appears misplaced on exiting full screen

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 67.0.3381.0 (Official Build) Revision ae7ce2710f11dd78c2f787b888d2cc19b912bf49-refs/heads/master@{#545918}(64 Bit). OS: Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1),10.13.4(Macbook Pro Touchbar) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Freshly launch chrome, navigate to NTP in browser full screen mode. (2) Now press cmd + P and click on the browser full screen icon on the top LHS again to exit full screen and observe. Actual Result: Print preview overlay appears misplaced. Expected Result: Print preview overlay should not appear misplaced. This is regression issue broken in ‘M-67’ and providing the bisect using per-revision bisect, Good build: 67.0.3378.0(Revision: 544932) Bad build: 67.0.3379.0(Revision: 545319) You are probably looking for a change made after 545257 (known good), but no later than 545258 (first known bad). It seems like the actual bug here is that the fullscreen button is not exiting fullscreen for you - in your movies the browser window does not exit fullscreen when you click it. I can't reproduce this with 67.0.3381.0 on my 10.13.4 beta mac desktop. Which specific 10.13.4 beta are you running? I have 17E190a, although I see a new beta update is available.

I tried on 10.13.4 beta 7 as well (17E197a) and I can't repro there either. I'll try to track down a touchbar mac, but in the mean time, can you try this on a non-touchbar mac, and try with today's canary (.3381.0)?

w.r.t Comment #4, Checked the issue with Canary #67.0.3381.0, the issue is reproducible on Mac 10.13.4(17E197a)(touchbar), as well as on non-touchbar machines with Mac(10.12.6 & 10.13.1) OS. The following are the steps to reproduce the issue, 1.Fresh launch chrome and click on fullscreen button(from the traffic light buttons) for browser. 2.Navigate to NTP or any website like www.youtube.com,www.facebook.com 3.Press CMD+P to open Print preview overlay for webpage. 4.Now click on fullscreen again(to exit the fullscreen mode of browser) 5.Observe Print preview overlay gets misplaced Thank you

Okay, I reproed locally with .3382.0 on 10.13.4 17E197a. spqchan, can you take a look at this? The steps in #5 worked for me.
